Program Overview

The Nutritional Science and Diet Technology program is designed to prepare students for careers in nutrition, dietetics, and related fields. Students will gain foundational knowledge in food science, nutrition, and dietetics, with a strong emphasis on food safety, preparation, and management. The program is ideal for those who wish to pursue a bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related health field; continue on to a graduate degree and dietetic internship to become a registered dietitian; or seek employment in food service management, wellness & fitness, public health, government supported nutrition programs, and business sectors. Articulation agreements with Simmons University and the University of Massachusetts Lowell provide students with seamless transfer options for further education. This program also has articulation agreements with Salem High School's culinary program and Root culinary program in Salem. Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND庐)
9I果冻制作厂 has applied to the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND庐) to open an ACEND accredited Dietetics Technician program to prepare Nutrition and Dietetics Technicians, registered in Fall 2026.
